We do try to keep the website up to date, however sometimes items sell out really quickly. We understand this can be frustrating, so when this happens we will try our best to offer you another choice or let you know if it's coming back in stock.
Items on pre-order are usually new products that we want to give you the chance to get your hands on before they come in stock. You won't be able to receive these immediately, but we will give you a clear estimate of how long you have to wait.
Gift cards can be redeemed online as a method of payment at the checkout. You will need to enter the gift card number when prompted during the checkout. Please note no change will be given when using a gift card for an amount exceeding the order value. All gift cards expire 12 months from issue.
Please allow 3-6 business days for standard shipping and 1-3 business days for express shipping. Please note, during our sale period, shipping times can increase due to a larger volume of orders.
We understand that when purchasing online, you may occasionally want to return items that are not suitable. For this reason, we are pleased to offer a free US returns service. Read more about our returns policy.
Once our warehouse has received your returned items we will credit the card used to pay for the order and send you a confirmation email. Please allow at least 2-3 working days for the refund to appear in your account. Please note that depending on your bank this may take up to 10 days.

We do our best to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Orders placed Monday through Friday before 12pm EST typically ship within 24 hours. Orders placed after the cut off time will typically ship the following business day. For consumer protection, all orders are subject to review. In some instances, processing time can take up to 72 hours.
NOTE: Any orders placed during weekends, special promotions (Black Friday/Cyber Monday) and during holidays may take additional processing time due to increased order volume. Please allow 1-3 extra days for order processing.
